Job Title: Production Manager
Location: Onsite - San Diego
Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with company goals and customer needs
- • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements
- • Define product requirements and specifications, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing
- • Manage the product development process, including prioritizing features, coordinating timelines, and tracking progress
- • Work closely with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotion
- • Analyze product performance and user feedback to make data-driven decisions and iterate on product features
- • Monitor and report on key metrics, such as revenue, customer acquisition, and retention, to track the success of the product
- • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve product management processes
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or life sciences related field required. An MBA is preferred.
• Over 3 years of product management experience in the IVD industry.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time including occasional weekends and international travel.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written presentation skills in English
