Production Purchasing Coordinator
Monarch Home Services is seeking a self-driven candidate with excellent customer service skills, team
player, communication skills and able to multi-task. Must be willing to work in a a fast-paced, dynamic
environment, highly organized, and accustomed to working diligent.
Requirements
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years exp.
- Forward thinking, organized, efficiency minded, and detail oriented
- Previous experience in purchasing or accounting
- Good communication skills with some negotiating experience
- Familiar with Microsoft office Word/ Excel/Outlook
- Enthusiastic and driven, with a desire to learn and progress
Responsibilities and Duties
- Supporting the Operation manager with day-to-day business strategy
- Ensuring purchasing procedures are followed, negotiating with suppliers
- Managing purchase orders
- Liaising with suppliers regarding deliveries
- Contacting suppliers regarding credits for damaged products or items missing
- Communicate with Installers as to where the parts are being delayed
- Prepare deposits of payments received via mail and post correct accounts
- Prepare past due customer balances and distribute to the sales team
- Process receipts, invoices, by verifying accuracy of documents and balances, compiling data and
- preparing docs
- Apply and post accounts receivable, age to proper customers
- Contact customer with an outstanding balance, via email or call.
- Code and key accounts payable to proper vendors
- Code fright invoices for approval
- PO duties as assigned, help team members with Service Titan
This is a full-time , hourly position of 40 hours per week, with working an alternating Saturday.
Working hours 8:00 am-5 :00pm or 7:00 am- 4:00 pm
