Role: Program Manager - SaaS

Location: Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid – 3 days/week from office)

Duration: 06-12 month

Job Description:

  1. Program Manager in SaaS - Technology business 
  2. Understands Customer Success programs and various applications.
  3. Executed Customer Success transformation programs for SaaS/ Subscription based clients. 
  4. Coordinated with various stakeholders ( Sales, Sales Ops, Digital Transformation and IT teams)
  5. Understands and helped set up renewals in sales lifecycle process. 
  6. Understands and executed related sales operation programs like Entitlement management, Subscription Management, Pricing Meters, CPQ, Lead Management
  7. As a program manager, should coordinate project phases such as design, build, test and transformation. 
  8. Set up standard program management best practices like project plan, governance model, RACI, RAID, Change Requests, Execute transformations.
