Requirements
About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Project Coordinator to support our expanding project management team at Botrista. In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring various projects throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minutes/documentation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed within the specified timeframe.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination between departments.
- Track project expenses and update financial documents as necessary.
- Prepare project status reports and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate project risks or issues to project managers for resolution.
- Support the implementation of project management best practices and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range:
$60,000 - $70,000 per year
plus bonus and stock options
