Full Job Description
As a Project Coordinator for Critical Control Restoration your main responsibility will be ensuring a 5 star customer journey and helping to move projects forward. Maintaining timeliness and metric goals daily will be critical as will attention to detail and problem solving skills.

Critical Control is a family owned company. Headquartered in beautiful Petaluma, California we are just starting to expand and are in the midst of opening up 2 new branches in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our culture is contrarian by nature, we go against the grain and do not subscribe to all the ideas in our industry. Just because something is “normally” done one way does not mean it has to be or even should be.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Customer Experience
- Communication daily with clients and adjusters
- Gets 5 star reviews from clients at the end of the project
Project Coordination:
- Order IH, plumbers and other vendors needed for projects
- Help to create and close estimates coordinating with sales or call center
- Optimize schedules with Crew Chiefs
- Attend daily Ops call - checking paperwork to update clients and any ordering
Documentation:
- Reviews documentation and invoices for accuracy.
- Input Time and Materials sheets into project trackers
- Record sub invoices
- Equipment master sheet
- Gather final documentation for invoice package.
- Encircle verification drying logs match invoice
- Sends out daily progress invoices
These responsibilities are meant as general guidelines and can vary and change.
Requirements
Experience:
- 3+ years as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager in Mitigation Industry a plus
- High and positive energy
- Can do attitude
- High attention to detail is a must
- Problem solving and collaborative team skills is a must
- G-Suite experience
- Extremely comfortable with cloud-based apps online including Google sheets, scheduling and project management software.
Role will be full time and based on PST hours
