We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join the 100% Team. As a company, we are dedicated to producing premium sporting goods that enhance and support the performance of athletes across a variety of sports. We are looking for a talented individual who shares our passion for the spirit of racing and who can contribute to ongoing projects that will inspire a whole new generation of racers and athletes.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of projects. You will be the primary stakeholder in ensuring initiatives are organized, tracked, and executed across a cross-functional team. You will be part of a collaborative and friendly team that works together to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers. The Project Manager will work closely with all departments to drive projects to completion on schedule and within budget. An ideal candidate will be highly organized, with experience using Project Management tools.

Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 annually. Exempt position not eligible for overtime.

Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines and ensure that deadlines are met on time and within budget
- Monitor and coordinate projects from inception to conclusion
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product development, marketing, and sales to ensure project goals are aligned with company objectives
- Identify and manage project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders regarding project updates, including status reports, and progress reviews
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project schedules and budgets
- Ensure project quality and make recommendations for process improvements as needed
- Organize, track and report statuses of multiple projects running simultaneously
- Maintain a detailed understanding of projects and timelines to ensure all stakeholders are in-tune and briefed to effectively execute on their objectives
- Organize details to assist project-lead in creating project budget
- Create project schedules and identity key milestones and dates for each contributor
- Document progress and keep all contributors informed of tracking to deadlines
- Assist in sourcing and ordering assets for print, mailing, etc.
- Work with teams to identify challenges and potential solutions, then present to project lead with details on impact to timeline and budget
- Organize recurring project milestone updates to keep management apprised of key dates and potential headwinds
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in project management in the sporting goods industry
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Extremely organized with ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Physical Demands:
- Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
- Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
- Adjusting or moving objects up to 10 pounds in all directions
