- Oversee the entire search process, including conducting market research, identifying potential candidates, and managing client relationships.
- Develop and implement effective search strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic guidance throughout the search process.
- Manage candidate pipeline and ensure timely communication to provide an exceptional candidate experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our search capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Previous experience in executive search or talent acquisition preferred.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
