Requirements
As our Training Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of creating and implementing cutting-edge property management training programs that align with our dynamic goals and standards. You'll dive into identifying learning gaps, crafting compelling curricula, and leading transformative training initiatives. Bring your creativity and strategic mindset to help inspire and lead our teams to success!
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and address gaps in training content and materials to boost productivity.
- Research and integrate new training supplies and materials to improve training procedures.
- Lead training programs to support new employees through onboarding.
- Communicate effectively with on-site staff and team members to meet training needs.
- Develop and manage executive and leadership programs for lower-level employees.
- Customize training programs to resolve specific issues and enhance learning.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in training and development, with a background in Property Management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research abilities to find and utilize relevant training content.
- High empathy and understanding of effective teaching methodologies.
- Experience with Yardi or similar platforms. PLUS
