What We’re Looking For:
We are searching for an experienced Quality Control Inspector in the Los Angeles, CA area who has a background in the Aerospace Industry and is knowledgeable about AS9100 standards. Your primary responsibility will be to inspect all products and ensure they meet the quality standards before they are delivered to the customer. By following established inspection processes, you will help us maintain the highest level of quality control.
It is crucial that you are proficient in using surface plate metrology instruments and have experience in reading and interpreting aerospace drawings and specifications. Knowledge of GD&T protocol and AS9102 is also important. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to provide detailed reports on non-conformances will be highly appreciated.
You have 3-5 years of experience in a QC Inspector role. This is a Shift Role, and we are specifically seeking individuals available to work the Day Shift from Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend availability.

Pay Rate, depending on experience is: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour and is eligible for Overtime
Requirements
What success looks like:
- You can identify, document, and manage non-conforming products to ensure they do not reach customers.
- You will facilitate corrective actions to the non-conforming products.
- You will inspect incoming materials and components to ensure they meet required specifications pre-production.
- You can conduct in-process inspections and monitor production work centers to ensure the effectiveness and reliability of inspections.
- You will conduct thorough inspections of finished products to ensure quality requirements before they are shipped to customers.
- You will perform detailed FA inspections per AS9102 during first production run of new or modified products.
- You will conduct inspections of key processes to ensure the reliability of ACS milling cutters, set-up, and drill fabrication.
- You will conduct inspections on products not intended for airborne use to ensure quality standards are met.
- Your commitment to safety procedures and regulations is crucial for maintaining a safe working environment.
- You should be able to lift up to 35lbs when necessary.
- If you have previous experience with production machinery, it will be considered a valuable asset.
- You should be comfortable working in a noisy and active industrial environment.
