Radiation Services Technician (Dose Map)

Steri-Tek is a company which is dedicated to providing high-quality sterilization services and superior customer service to industries which impact our families and the world.  We are looking for a Radiation Services Technician (Dose Map) to add to the Radiation Services Team on the day shift, (Monday - Friday from 8:00AM - 4:30PM) in our Fremont, CA facility.

The Radiation Services Technician (Dose Map) will assist customers in completing their dose map projects, which will determine the necessary sterilization dose for the customers' product(s). The Radiation Services Technician (Dose Map) will also be responsible for writing reports and protocols, answering customer service questions, and reading dosimeters and calibrating equipment(s).

Requirements

Here’s what you will bring to the team:

1-2 years’ experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical, and/or biomedical industry experience

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to effectively read, write and verbally communicate in English

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

Team player mentality - willing to work with others across the business

Ability to work independently under general guidelines and supervision

Willingness to undergo training in all processing operations

Ability to report accidents and errors to the leadership team

Ability to adapt to changing duties and responsibilities

The compensation range outlined is based on a talent budgeted base salary. Individual base salary depends on various factors such as relevant experience and skills, interview assessments and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements. Offers are determined using our equitable hiring practices. Steri-Tek offers additional compensation in the form of benefit premiums, 401k matching, and On-Target Earning commissions for appropriate positions. Base pay ranges are reviewed each year.
