Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with sellers and buyers to understand their needs and preferences
- Market listings effectively to attract potential buyers
- Guide clients through the process of selling or purchasing properties
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on real estate market trends
- Negotiate and facilitate transactions between sellers and buyers
Requirements

- Previous experience as a Realtor or in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport
- Proven track record of successful sales and client satisfaction
- Proficient in using real estate databases and software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be 18 years or older
