Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional guidance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property
- Assist sellers in effectively promoting their properties to attract advantageous offers
- Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in the real estate industry
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
Requirements

- Proven track record of sales in the real estate industry
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively sell real estate properties
- Outstanding people skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Trustworthy and results-driven mindset
- Basic computer skills for real estate transactions and documentation
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must be 18 years or older
