What the Recruiter role looks like:  

  • Works closely with business to identify talent needs and develop strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a nationwide organization.  
  • Owns the full candidate experience from first contact to offer letter acceptance. Oversees interview scheduling, hiring manager feedback, offer letter creation and verbal offer discussions. 
  • Sources passive candidates for current and future opportunities using various tools, networks and methodologies. 
  • Prescreens candidates to identify top talent for the identified business needs and submits recommendations to hiring management team for their consideration. 
  • Works collaboratively and develops strong partnerships with hiring managers, business leaders and HR. 
  • Supports Human Resources with pre-employment tasks and first day preparation, as needed. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned  

  

What our ideal candidate looks like:  

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Recruiter required 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or combined relevant experience in the recruiting field 
  • Experience with utilizing various recruiting platforms including; LinkedIn, Indeed and other similar job boards 
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel, MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Zoom, and have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems  
  • Takes initiative to learn Company industry, competitors and innovative talent attraction strategies 
  • Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced team environment 
  • Takes personal ownership and initiative with assigned tasks 
  • Passionate about providing a next level candidate experience 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and internal/external customer service skills  
  • Ability to work comfortably with people at all levels of the organization  
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills 
  • Agency recruiting experience strongly preferred 
  • Industry knowledge in automotive/fleet repair & maintenance a plus
