Full Job Description
The Temporary Recruiter position is a short-term role (duration of six months) to cover a leave of absence within the Human Resources department at Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center. This position is responsible for supporting the recruitment efforts by assisting in the sourcing, screening, and coordination of candidates for various open positions. The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers and HR team members to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Compensation: $31.00 - $35.00 per hour, including differential in lieu of benefits.

These factors include the candidate's experience, education, skills, training, licensure, certifications, and the specific scope of the role. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements for various positions
- Create and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms
- Review and screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications and interest
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Assist with reference checks and background screenings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system
- Provide timely updates and communication to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed
- Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience and efficient recruitment process.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have minimum of two years of experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
