As a Regional Field Manager in the Inland Empire, you will play a vital role in acquiring and retaining healthcare professionals. This entails efficiently promoting our services, cultivating strong relationships, and guiding a team within the designated territory.

Role Scope
- Manage a team of Community Engagement Representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure performance targets are met
- Utilize extensive provider experience and a well-established network within the Inland Empire healthcare sector, applying proven success in driving sales and nurturing provider relationships
- Identify and engage with healthcare professionals, including physicians, hospitals, and key decision-makers to promote Tangelo’s services
- Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals to increase awareness and utilization of Tangelos offerings
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals emphasizing the unique features and benefits of our products
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and stay updated on industry trends
- Provide market insights and feedback to the management team to inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support to ensure excellent customer service and seamless product launches
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and accurate information
- Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights using CRM software
- Generate sales reports and provide regular updates to the sales leader regarding sales performance and progress towards targets
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a sales driven role within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of successful provider engagement
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, marketing or a related field
- Must reside in San Bernardino or Riverside county
- Bilingual English/Spanish language skills required
- Strong knowledge of Medi-Cal benefits and healthcare terminology
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
