REMOTE OCD Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder) Remote Therapist to join our team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing evidence-based therapy to individuals struggling with OCD. The therapist will be responsible for conducting virtual assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms. Additionally, the therapist will collaborate with other mental health professionals and participate in case consultations as needed. A strong understanding of exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy and other effective treatment modalities for OCD is essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate empathy, patience, and a commitment to helping clients overcome their OCD symptoms and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications:

- Master's or Doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, social work, or related field

- Licensure as a psychologist, licensed clinical social worker, or licensed professional counselor

- Specialized training and experience in treating OCD, including proficiency in exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy

- Strong understanding of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatments for OCD

- Experience providing therapy through telehealth platforms

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting

- Compassionate and nonjudgmental approach to client care

- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in OCD treatment
