POSITION OVERVIEW
As Retail Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with talented individuals and use your marketing expertise to drive awareness and demand for our products. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the retail landscape who can develop innovative marketing campaigns, build relationships with key retail partners, and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
· Develop and execute retail marketing strategies to drive brand awareness for consumers and healthcare professionals and to increase sales in retail.
· Develop all components of Retail Marketing programs for consumer, retailer, and healthcare channels supporting the retail business. This includes program objectives, target audiences, budgeting, creative brief, program plan alignment, in-market execution, and post-analysis.
· Collaborate with brand and performance Marketing teams to ensure Retail Marketing programs are aligned with strategy and business objectives.
· Leverage shopper insights and collaborates with the Insights team to ensure programs are insight-driven and aligned to category growth strategies.
· Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative to implement strategic retail marketing campaigns. This will include digital and social media, advertising, marketing collateral, sampling, shopper programming, events, and point of sale tools that drive awareness and conversion.
· Develop and execute sales assets for retail focused HCP sales team.
· Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
· Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization. Track and report on program performance against set KPIs and conduct post-program analyses with recommendations on how to optimize in the future.
· Manage the day-to-day marketing operations with key retail accounts so that brand, product pages, and other content is up to date.
· Assist with category and competitive analysis to help guide growth strategy.
· Assist in development of retailer sales presentations.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
· BA degree (MBA preferred). Marketing, business, healthcare, science-related, or liberal arts degrees; demonstrated interest in health-related and/or nutrition fields a distinct positive.
· 3+ years of experience in retail marketing, preferably in the food or healthcare industry.
· Strong understanding of retail landscape and consumer behavior.
· Demonstrated track record of professional success in a brand marketing organization focusing on healthcare and/or nutrition-related fields.
· The ideal candidate will also have experience developing and executing marketing plans.
· Experience in business planning, managing multiple projects to meet timelines, and leading cross-functional teams.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
· Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Confident and articulate creative problem solver.
· Must have the ability to work independently and be a responsible self-starter.
· Must have strong negotiating and influencing skills.
· Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a keen ability to listen, communicate (written and verbal), and ability to follow up effectively with all staffing levels, vendors, and customers.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Colorado, NYC, or California, the following information may not apply. Salary Minimum: $70,571 Salary Maximum
$105,000. The base salary range above represents the low and high end of the Kate Farms salary range for this position. This range will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to location, experience, internal pay alignment, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Kate Farms’ total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives.
