As part of our close-knit group of approximately 10 experts, you'll play a vital role in developing software to safely control industrial vehicles worldwide. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of standards, establish processes, and develop C/C++ code for deployment in safety-critical environments.
• Contribute to compliance efforts in standards such as IEC 61508, ISO 26262, and UL4600 Safety, bolstering our architectural framework.
• Design and implement adaptable, safety-rated software for diverse industrial autonomous vehicles, spanning sectors like agriculture, mining, forestry, and logistics.
• Guide team members in adopting best software practices, emphasizing a balance between speed, quality, and scalability.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to optimize infrastructure, ensuring immediate needs are met while planning for long-term scalability and auditability.
• Take full ownership of your work, witnessing firsthand its impact on customer vehicles engaged in real-world tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in C/C++, with expertise in safety development and systems architecture.
• Prior experience in safety-focused software domains such as medical, aerospace, automotive, or industrial sectors.
• A passion for taking ownership of your work and a collaborative mindset, capable of contributing across the software stack as required.
• Enthusiasm for writing MISRA-compliant code, embracing the challenge with a positive attitude.
