Sales Associate

Vista Paint Corporation, a leading manufacturer, distributor, and retailer of high-quality paints and related products, is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at the retail store location.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their paint and painting supplies needs, providing product knowledge, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help customers in selecting the right products for their projects, answering their questions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Assisting customers in locating products and making recommendations
• Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Providing outstanding customer service and resolving customer concerns
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment

Requirements:

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge or interest in paint and painting supplies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
