Full Job Description
The Sales Coordinator provides advanced support to the Director of National Sales including, but not limited to handling telephone calls, preparing correspondence, searching the Internet for data, logging information, and maintaining files, coordinating events, and fulfilling daily administrative tasks. Communicates with the Sales team to exchange information.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced support to the Director of National Sales.
- Handle incoming calls, take messages, and promote effective interoffice communication.
- Manage calendar and schedules; coordinate and organize meetings and conferences; schedule and manage travel arrangements. • Prepare written communications such as letters, memos, and e-mail.
- Process invoices and expense reports.
- Complete weekly and monthly reports on a variety of projects.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations.
- Communicate effectively with the Sales team on all requests from their customers.
- Manage and keep a clean record of all customers pricing, specifications, etc.
- Assist Sales with all their sample requests, brochures, etc.
- Work closely with Customers Service and Accounting on matters related to their department.
- Handle all requests from customers who are “house accounts”.
- Develop knowledge of all Plastpro products.
- Package samples, customer binders, and brochures as needed.
- Exercise discretion and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Assist with other job-related projects as assigned.
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience in sales support, customer service and communication required.
