Full Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sales Professional will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong partnerships with key customers. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, drive customer satisfaction, and meet or exceed sales targets. The Sales Professional will also provide market insights and collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth
  • Create and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Promote OLED/LCD core technology and provide adequate solutions based on customers’ need
  • Understand market trends and competitor activities to provide market insights
  • Drive customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management
  • Stay updated with industry developments and technological advancements
  • Travel to customer locations as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Expected base salary: $60,000~$140,000 (the salary offered will depend on several factors, including your years of experience, level, education, training, and comparison to other employees already in this role)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Sales experience in the technology industry preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Authorized to work for any U.S. employer
  • Travel required: 30%
