Requirements
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Project Coordinator to join our team at Botrista. In this role, you will support the sales team by coordinating and managing various projects, ensuring smooth communication and timely completion of tasks. Your ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate with different stakeholders will be crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage sales-related projects, including sales campaigns, product launches, and customer events.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales projects and initiatives.
- Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks are assigned and completed on time.
- Assist with the preparation of sales materials, including presentations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and events for the sales team.
- Track and report on project progress, identifying any issues or bottlenecks that may arise.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and processing expense reports.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Botrista's products, services, and industry trends to effectively support sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales support, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Salary Range:
$60,000 - $70,000 per year
Plus bonus and stock options
