Job Title: Scheduling Manager

Location: Multiple Plants (Relocation Assistance Available)

Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 Base + Annual Bonus

Job Summary: As the Scheduling Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the production scheduling of two major plants. This position demands a strong grasp of various production processes and the ability to manage multiple manufacturing lines efficiently. Your expertise will ensure that our high-quality printing and packaging services meet the dynamic needs of our prestigious client base.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive schedules for all departments, including offset presses, die cutting, laminating, variable data processing, finishing, packaging, and shipping.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure optimal production flow and timely delivery of products.
• Utilize ERP software, such as Monarch or Print Flow, for accurate inventory control and scheduling.
• Maintain communication with multiple shifts to ensure continuity and efficiency in production.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in scheduling within a print production environment, overseeing multiple shifts.
• Proficiency in managing production processes such as printing, die cutting, folding, laminating, and direct mail production.
• Strong familiarity with packaging and plastics manufacturing or similar custom production environments.
• Experience with inventory control and advanced ERP systems.
• Proven managerial or supervisory experience is essential.
