You'll be a key part of our "Happy Packing" culture, delivering top-tier customer service while achieving both individual and team sales goals.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a brand ambassador, building lasting customer relationships and delivering an unforgettable shopping experience.
- Stay energetic and positive while handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist store leadership in executing marketing programs and driving sales.
- Use tools to meet KPIs, maintain product knowledge, and keep up with retail trends.
- Accurately process transactions using POS (Shopify) and handle cash responsibly.
- Ensure proper stock levels, handle inventory, and follow store opening/closing procedures.

- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping customers.
- Great time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to handle physical demands such as standing, lifting, and stocking merchandise.
What You'll Need:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year in retail/customer service (preferred).
- Strong sales and service skills, ability to multitask, and handle cash transactions.
