RoseRyan is looking for a meticulous SEC Accountant to enhance our talented team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for preparing and filing essential reports for the SEC, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review SEC filings, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and other disclosures as required
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and GAAP standards in all financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and improvements
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and related disclosures
- Coordinate with audit teams during internal and external audits
- Develop and implement efficient accounting policies and processes
- Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis as needed
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in SEC reporting or within a public accounting context
- Strong understanding of SEC regulations and financial reporting standards
- Experience in preparing financial statements and conducting financial analysis
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Able to work collaboratively within a team
Desired Skills:
- Deep knowledge of financial reporting standards and GAAP
- Familiarity with XBRL reporting is advantageous
- Capability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Pay is DOE: $75-$95/hr
