What does it mean to be a Senior Account Executive at Peak?
As the first Senior Account Executive at Peak, you’ll play a critical role in driving our growth on the West Coast, particularly in the LA, San Diego, and Palm Springs markets. Your territory will cover California, Las Vegas, and Aspen, with an emphasis on LA.
This isn’t just a sales job; it’s an opportunity to build and own your territory from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals, all while collaborating with your self-selected Sales Development Representative (SDR) to maximize your pipeline. Requirements
For us to have no reservations you must
- At least 3 years in SaaS sales with consistent success in a quota carrying role.
- Live in the market or market adjacent—LA, San Diego, Palm Springs, or nearby areas.
- Want to be in the field knocking on doors, eager to engage in conversation with prospects.
You’ll get the VIP treatment if you have
- Market-building experience, with the ability to develop and expand a territory.
- Field sales experience, particularly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A CEO mindset—taking ownership of your market as if it’s your own business.
- Restaurant experience, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within the industry.
- Restaurant tech sales experience, familiar with the tools and solutions used by high-end establishments.
Expectations
- Sign 5 new restaurants per month (after a 3 month ramp period).
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals in your West Coast territory.
- Collaborate closely with your SDR to qualify leads, book demos, and fill your pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at high-end, full-service restaurants.

Compensation
The estimated Total Targeted Cash compensation range for this role is $145,000—$185,000 USD. This includes a base salary, uncapped commissions, and eligibility for equity and/or other benefits. The starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location.
