What You'll Do
- Lead complex cross-functional teams and manage multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery while navigating ambiguous situations
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to establish and maintain strategic alignment, communicate project status, and manage expectations
- Develop and implement program plans, schedules, budgets, and performance metrics that align with executive-level expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and team members, including executive leaders, to ensure effective collaboration
- Proactively manage risk and resolve complex issues that may impact project schedules and budgets
- Adapt to changing project requirements in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and flexibility
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance organizational efficiency and contribute to the maturation of the team
- Act as a driving force in the development and growth of the organization, defining processes, policies, and best practices to enhance project delivery and efficiency
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring and coaching project teams, providing guidance, and sharing best practices to ensure project success
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years management experience (bonus if it's within a related field to complex engineering/automotive)
- Evidence of exceptional communication, presentation, and business writing skills, including being able to liaise with stakeholders at various levels
- The ability to make sense of complexity and present compelling data-driven stories and solutions that resonate with stakeholders
BONUS POINTS
- Experience with electric vehicle manufacturers - including validating, cleaning, and reporting on data
- Experience working with engineering data, change management, and implementation with Bills of Materials, Master Parts Lists, and more
- Experience with tools such as:
- Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Smartsheet
- 3DX
- SAP
- Jama
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Onsite 5 days a week
- Travel (15%~ based on project)
Benefits
- A starting salary of $110,000-$130,000
- 24 paid vacation days, 12 paid sick days, 401(k), 10~ paid federal holidays, 2 wellbeing days
