Requirements

We are looking for an experienced enterprise SaaS content creator to join our team to accelerate the development of high-quality, compelling content that will improve performance of marketing tactics across the funnel.  This is a pivotal role in driving our message to the market across all media, with consistent and industry-relevant content. 

In this role, you will: 

• Define and drive the Content Strategy Plan 

• Buyer Journeys: Design buyer journeys for key go-to-market themes and oversees the development of the content, including web copy, video scripts, blogs, etc.  
• Web editorial: Direct the editorial calendar for the Fortanix website, in concert with other parts of the marketing team, including SEO, product marketing, corporate marketing team, and demand gen 
• SEO: Works in close partnership with SEO team to drive content strategy that clearly and concisely conveys the overall value Fortanix brings to the market, and drives traffic to our website through SEO 

• Define the voice for Fortanix and ensure it is used consistently across all touchpoints 

• Define written style guide and corporate voice 
• Define key messages and ensure they are coordinated across all mediums 

• Writing and editing 

• Write, write, write, write! 
• Ensure quality of content – primarily written, but with input and collaboration for other assets such as videos, powerpoints, etc.  
• Collaborate closely with the creative, PR and demand generation teams to develop compelling copy for ads, emails, etc.   
• Coach and assist team members on improving communication skills 

• Content analysis 

• With support of marketing operations, track performance of content to understand which assets are performing well, and which are not 
• In partnership with SEO team, understand what web content is driving traffic, and continually drive improvement to increase traffic to the website 
• Solicit qualitative feedback from key stakeholders, such as sales, on content 

Skills 

• You must possess outstanding written and verbal communications and a passion for writing  
• Ability to manage complex projects   
• Ability to come up with creative ideas 
• Ability to solve problems swiftly 
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail 
• 5-10 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
