We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director, Implementation to lead our facilitation operations for an online teacher course. The Senior Director, Implementation will be responsible for managing the team that oversees facilitators, developing efficient processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop systems and documents that ensure smooth and effective course delivery.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-time facilitators and team that manages facilitators responsible for delivering online teacher courses.
• Develop and implement efficient processes for course facilitation, including scheduling, communication, and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content development, technology, and customer support, to ensure seamless course delivery.
• Oversee the development of training materials, resources, and documentation for facilitators and participants in partnership with the Content Department.
• Monitor course progress and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization in evidence-based facilitation practices. 
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the facilitation team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for course facilitation-related issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in online learning and professional development to drive innovation and quality improvement.

• Present to audiences, representing the brand at conferences and high-stakes sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in education, instructional design, or related field 
• Proven experience in professional learning leadership or educational program management, preferably in an online learning environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) and online course delivery platforms.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and professional development best practices.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Ability to travel 25% of the time

UnboundEd offers competitive salaries commensurate with experience and education and a generous benefits package that includes take-as-you-need vacation time, group medical, dental and vision plans, disability and life insurance plans, and an employer-sponsored 401K retirement plan with a 5% employer contribution and no vesting period or salary cap. This is an exempt full-time position with additional bonus earning potential.  An annual compensation offer is based on relevant years of experience in relation to the position and will be in the range of $150,000-$175,000 USD.
