As a Senior IT Engineer you will be responsible for administering and supporting our IT infrastructure, primarily based on cloud technologies. This role involves managing Microsoft 365, Azure AD (Entra), and Intunes MDM to ensure seamless access and security across all company devices, both Mac, Windows and mobile devices. You will play a crucial role in onboarding new employees, maintaining our service desk, and ensuring that our IT services run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, Azure Active Directory (Entra), and Intune MDM.
- Manage the setup, deployment, and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
- Provide technical support and guidance to employees for both hardware and software issues.
- Onboard new employees, ensuring they have access to necessary technology and services.
- Maintain security compliance, including managing updates and patches for all systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation and system logs.
- Work collaboratively with external vendors and internal teams to resolve IT issues.
- Participate in developing IT projects and improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years work experience designing, deploying, and migrating Microsoft 365 services
- Proficient knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing Microsoft 365, Azure AD (Entra), and Intune MDM.
- Experience supporting both Mac and Windows environments.
- Strong understanding of IT security protocols and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate).
- Experience in a startup environment.
- Knowledge of additional cloud services and IT management tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
