We are seeking a passionate, driven, and energetic individual to found our BizOps team. The Senior Manager of Business Operations will be critical in establishing, monitoring, and evolving multiple business processes throughout the organization. S/he will work closely with senior leadership and the Data & Analytics team to ensure MinIO can develop necessary processes to (1) scale its operations as it is undergoing its aggressive growth phase; (2) ensure MinIO’s ability to operate cross-functionally; and (3) enable the executive and operating teams across the company to make data informed decisions.
Initially, this is a generalist role for a centralized BizOps team in the CFO organization. As the company grows, you will have the opportunity to specialize and take on a leadership role in areas of highest value-add to the company, such as RevOps, FinOps, or others.
More specific areas of responsibility include:
- Identify most important execution pain points throughout the Go-To-Market and Finance/Legal process; develop and implement processes and technologies to solve those in an efficient manner. Initial process examples include Quote to Cash, SaaS metrics tracking and analyses, and Contract Lifecycle Management
- Drive the review process of all revenue contracts, working collaboratively with sales, finance, customer success, and legal to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies,
- Manage tracking and reporting of custom contract terms through a scalable tracking system.

Requirements
Your background / prior experience:
- BS in Finance or equivalent; MBA preferred
- Seven+ years of combined experience in technology, finance, or consulting, with at least two years of work experience directly related to scaling operations in a growing technology company.
- SaaS experience preferred but not required
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred
- General knowledge of accounting principles with respect to revenue recognition and ability/willingness to learn.
