GA-CCRi maintains and deploys production systems for users across the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and commercial industry. We build and develop best-in-class all domain and globally focused situational awareness capabilities that process petabytes of data from numerous streaming data sources in near real time. Our systems apply state-of-the-art algorithms and machine learning techniques to extract features and fuse data from multiple phenomenologies to form a rich live view of objects in the sky, on the sea, and on the ground. These analytics are designed to determine not just where something is, but what it is, where it's been and what it's doing. All of this "data to knowledge" is made available to end users in our own browser-based application for visualization, analysis, and understanding. Positions Available in: Poway, CA; Charlottesville, VA
Duties and Responsibilities
- With minimal direction, this position conducts software inspection, testing, verification, and validation. Reviews software design and change specifications to ensure software testing measures meet acceptable reliability standards and program objectives.
- Develops, modifies, and executes software testing plans, some of which may be highly complex.
- Contributes to and may lead the analysis and development of test standards and procedures for software development and maintenance.
- Advises on the development of software quality testing, operating methods, and processes.
- Develop and maintain automated testing to complement manual testing procedures.
- Draft and update application documents, e.g., System Requirements, User’s Guides, Training Plans, Test Plans and System Documentation
- Coordinates and collaborates with other engineers to resolve issues found in testing. Helps in determining what may be in scope and documents what may be out of scope
- Provides feedback for the technical appraisal of the tested software program(s), and monitors its deployment across the appropriate system(s).
- Maintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Represents the organization as a primary contact with customers and outside organizations, interacting with senior personnel on significant matters.
- Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company. Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.

Requirements
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related discipline and nine or more years of professional software quality analyst experience.
- Equivalent professional quality analyst experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
- Must have a detailed understanding of software quality analysis concepts, theory, and operations.
Must be customer focused and possess:
- Ability to develop solutions to a variety of routine and non-routine problems of moderate scope and complexity;
- Excellent verbal and written communications and presentations skills to accurately document and report findings to a variety of audiences; and,
- Excellent interpersonal skills to influence and guide other employees and managers.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment is essential as is the ability to work extended hours and travel as required.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Familiarity with DoD Cybersecurity and contracting standards
- AWS/C2S experience
- Python and Selenium testing experience
- Experience with Jira and Zephyr

Salary Range
$105,000-$189,000
