Full Job Description

Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara, LLP is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent and will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle. This role requires a deep understanding of the current job market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for identifying and engaging high-quality candidates.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networking events.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Provide innovative, creative, and constructive ideas that continue to push recruiting success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or transferrable experience
  • 5-10 years of experience, preferably within the legal industry
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for various positions and levels
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current hiring trends
  • Proven success in guiding, consulting, and educating hiring managers on hiring best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and HR team members
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Salary Range: $95,000-$110,000
