Sr. Commercial Litigation Attorney

Direct Counsel has partnered with a well-respected boutique Commercial Litigation law firm who is seeking a seasoned attorney to join their team.

Qualifications:

·         A minimum of 2-years of commercial/civil litigation experience

·         CA Bar License

·         Must have knowledge of state court litigation filings and service procedures

·         Must have Knowledge of civil procedures and legal terminology

·         2 years or more of Trial Experience

·         Proficiency in WordPerfect, Word, Excel, Legal Solutions and Essential forms would be helpful

·         Knowledge of bankruptcy law is a PLUS

·         Must be reliable and detail oriented

·         Strong work ethic

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
