POSITION OVERVIEW
This position is responsible for managing and implementing commercial business strategies and tactics to effectively support delivery of business objectives, including net sales, share growth, and profit margin. Under the leadership of s the Senior Director, Consumer Brand Marketing, this position generates demand and consumer insights, develops strategic and tactical plans, analyzes brand performance, reports findings and actionable recommendations, and supports financial management and contingency planning.
This role partners closely with Marketing team members to achieve/implement business strategies and tactics. This position collaborates with internal and external partners to achieve objectives. Partners include creative agencies, legal, medical sciences, regulatory, supply chain, business operations, project management, and more.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
· Lead Brand fundamentals inclusive of consumer targeting, brand equity performance, and optimizations
· Lead content and creative strategy, development, and execution
· Develop, take through CRT, and document claims and messaging for assigned products.
· Lead near-in innovation projects in collaboration with product development, quality, regulatory and nutrition sciences.
· Develop go-to-market strategy and launch commercial innovations into the market.
· Represent Consumer Brand Marketing in monthly S&OP process, bringing insights and inputs to refine forecasting.
· Assigned agency/partner management.
· Create and execute consumer journey, content strategy and content development.
· Identify and track key performance indicators and partner with internal and external partners on monthly dashboards and development of communication with leadership.
· Manage annual content-to-channel plan updated for consumer campaign content, tactics and initiatives and ensure critical paths and timelines align to established launch dates (inclusive of agency briefings and measurement plans) with Marketing Enablement support.
· Evaluate in-market performance of programs to ensure that they are delivering against expectations and business objectives, and propose actions to continuously improve key measures.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
· BA/BS Degree in Marketing or Business Administration. MBA strongly preferred.
· 5+ years of progressively responsible brand/product management experience in either health care/OTC marketing or consumer packaged goods marketing.
· Experienced in creating data-driven forecasts.
· Demonstrated experience participating in Stage Gate and S&OP processes in prior organizations.
· Strong analytical skills and KPI tracking capabilities, applying data to support business decisions, strategies, and contingency plans.
· Ability to create and execute complex strategic business plans, find solutions to business problems, and then act on them to drive results.
· Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to successfully influence business strategy and investment decisions in the company’s best interest.
· Demonstrated leadership with agencies, including constructive feedback and fast-paced decision making.
· Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This position will work in a home/office environment with occasional trips to the corporate office or other meeting locations. Requires approximately 15% travel.

If the position applied to is not located in Colorado, NYC, or California, the following information may not apply. Salary Minimum : $ 98,000 Salary Maximum $132,773. The base salary range above represents the low and high end of the Kate Farms salary range for this position. This range will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, internal pay alignment, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Kate Farms’ total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long- term incentives.
