Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will work towards research and analysis of the North America TV/Gaming
Monitor market to find opportunities to expand company’s core business goal as well as enhance strategic capability. This role will contribute to the company by fulfilling of in-depth market analysis, maximizing company profits and developing sales strategies.
Responsibility:
- Conduct research for weekly retail price and promotion activities for TV/Gaming Monitor from major U.S. retailers and evaluate the information to find implications for each segment of the markets
- Determine market insights by analyzing, summarizing sales trend to generate reports to executives and any related divisions on regular basis
- Forecast U.S. TV/Gaming Monitor demand based on consumer market analysis(SWOT/ sell-in & out data/ retail price/ competitor segment status/ macro environment)
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and support Management to establish the most optimized strategy
- Monitor current and potential customer market performance
- Collaborate with customers and retailers to align market strategies and promote new products by coordinating meetings and call
- Build strong relationship with customer/market channels(retailers/research firms)
- Manage customer and retailer profiles
- Present company’s newest products(PRM) and market outlook to customers and discuss a possible business opportunity
· Gather the latest industry related news to generate insightful analysis(new product/ service, business model, emerging tech) as well as to report to executives in real time
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Expected base salary: $70,000~$140,000 (the salary offered will depend on several factors, including your years of experience, level, education, training, and comparison to other employees already in this role)

Requirements
- 4+ years of progressive work experience in market/sales analysis and research
- Preferred ERP system experience
- Preferred bilingual in English and Korean
- Bachelor’s degree
- Authorized to work for any U.S. employer (This role does not provide visa sponsorship)
- Team worker, good attitude, and energetic
- Travel required: 10%~ up to 40%
