Stanbridge University is searching for a vibrant and student-focused administrator to provide valuable support to the Student Services Department. Essential Functions:
- Assist in orientation of new students.
- Conduct weekly/monthly classroom visits.
- Monitor student's attendance and grades and notify students via phone call or email about remediation's and missed exams or assignments.
- Tracking of student's academic performance and refer to on campus resources and schedule one on one meetings with students to focus on retention efforts such as tutoring scheduling, student success plans, and remedial pathways.
- Assist with incident reports, conduct meetings, investigations related to bullying, code of conduct issues, academic integrity concerns.
- Track of Deans list and perfect attendance awards.
- Participate in weekly interdepartmental meetings with Programmatic leaders to discuss and strategize student support and success.
- Performs all other student services functions, and other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in the related field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Must have prior administrative support experience.
- Must have strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Motivated Self-starter with excellent interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Ability to work well with a team.
- $21.00-$$23.00/hr. All compensation is dependent on education and experience.

Work Environment:
- Standard office/classroom/lab or clinical setting.
- Typically, duties are performed in an office/classroom/Lab/clinical setting environment while sitting at a desk or computer workstation.
- Work environment may include skills lab or bedside environments as required by program.
- An incumbent is subject to contact with others, frequent interruptions, noise from talking or office equipment and demanding timelines.
Physical Demands:
- The incumbent regularly sits for extended periods.
- Physical ability to perform the duties as assigned to the program or department.
- Proficient in operating electronic keyboards and other office machines.
- Effective verbal communication skills in answering telephones and providing information with clarity and distinctness.
- Ability to read fine print and operate computers with precision.
- Ability to understand voices over the telephone and in person.
- Able to lift, carry, and/or move objects weighing between 10-25 pounds as needed.
