The Team
As a Studio Admin, you will be the backbone of our studio operations. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our studio runs efficiently and effectively, providing the best possible environment for music production.
The Role
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the studio.
- Provide administrative support to studio staff.
- Coordinate logistics for clients and staff.
- Handle client inquiries as needed and provide excellent customer service.
- Support the maintenance of records of studio bookings, staff and contractor scheduling, equipment inventory, and client billing.
- Assist with marketing and promotion activities, including social media management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the studio.
- Coordinate with technical staff to resolve any equipment and facilities issues promptly.
- Assist in the organization of studio events and promotions.
The Ideal Candidate
- A passion for the arts and fostering a supportive and creative environment for artists and clients alike.
- An understanding of administrative operations, client service management, and the unique dynamics of a studio setting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Understands the importance of discretion and confidentiality
- The ability to multitask effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
- Experience in studio management or a related field, including hands-on experience with scheduling, inventory management, and customer relations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a music-related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite and studio management software.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passionate about music and the creative arts.
