AMAX is seeking an experienced Systems Product Manager to champion the development and success of our industry-leading AI and HPC server systems solutions.
About the Role
In this dynamic role, you'll be the driving force behind our server systems portfolio. You'll develop strategic product roadmaps, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shepherd our AI and HPC solutions from concept to successful launch and ongoing optimization.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision:
- Craft compelling product roadmaps that align with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead the development and integration of innovative server systems products and solutions.
- Leverage your technical expertise to translate customer needs, industry trends, and vendor offerings into actionable product requirements for cloud and data center solutions.
- Market & Customer Insights:
- Conduct thorough market research, analyze customer feedback, and stay abreast of competitive advancements to identify new product opportunities and guide product enhancements.
- Partner closely with internal teams to transform customer needs and market insights into well-defined product concepts and specifications.
- Product Execution & Delivery:
- Lead the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, launch plans, and collateral materials that drive product adoption and success.
- Deliver engaging product training and presentations for internal teams, sales forces, and customers.
- Industry Leadership:
- Forge strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry thought leaders to gain a deep understanding of their needs and challenges and gather valuable feedback to fuel product innovation.
- Stay at the forefront of AI technology advancements, industry best practices, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge for AMAX's solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Relevant graduate degree a plus.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in system/server architecture.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing systems products throughout their lifecycles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with and influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a customer-centric and growth-oriented mindset.
- Adept at prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
