As a Headhunting company, this job vacancy is from our valued client.
As a member of the Global Product and RD Talent Acquisition team, you will have a key role in supporting the growth and development of the core engineering and product team at our client company. You will design tailored recruiting strategies to build a multidisciplinary, data-focused technical team from scratch, and closely collaborate with the business to implement various projects in order to reach recruiting goals. The ideal candidate is someone who is driven, hungry to learn, and excited to take on new challenges. This is a full-time position, hybrid in the office 3-days per week in our San Jose location.
Responsibilities
1. Deeply understand hiring needs, and partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to develop talent acquisition strategies in different geographies.
2. Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
3. Lead and manage a team of TA managers, talent acquisition partners, and sourcers.
4. Develop SLAs and other best practices to improve processes to increase recruitment output.
5. Work with the local HR operation teams to understand relevant HR compliance and labor laws, as well as oversee the recruitment lifecycle to ensure great candidate experience from attraction through onboarding.
6. Manage, coach, and mentor members of the global recruiting team.
Requirements
1. Minimum 5 years experience in technology/ IT recruiting, international recruiting experience is preferred.
2. At least 2 years of people management experience, including experience managing other managers.
3. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent years of working experience.
4. Deep knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components, including direct sourcing, behavioral & motivation-based interviewing, employment laws, salary trends, and relationship management.
5. Ability to think globally and be sensitive/knowledgeable about international recruiting practices.
6. Strong business acumen and understanding of how recruitment and workforce planning impact the overall organization in a consulting environment.
7. Experience leading diverse teams.
