Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a dynamic team to ensure recruitment deliverables are met daily, aligning with KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Cultivate trust and confidence among key stakeholders, ensuring effective expectation setting and adept management of client communications through relationship building.
- Actively identify areas for improvement, offering constructive suggestions for change, inclusive of proposed change management steps.
- Prepare for and engage in project reviews with clients and senior management, promoting a collaborative approach to enhancing recruitment processes.
Requirements
- A keen interest in the luxury sector, fueled by motivation and a robust comprehension of full life cycle recruiting alongside industry best practices.
- A minimum of 6 years experience in recruitment, inclusive of managing a sizable recruiting team.
- Acumen in understanding recruiting metrics and adhering to reporting standards.
- Proficiency in data analysis, offering insightful recommendations and solutions.
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills, adept at managing multiple responsibilities efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced service milieu.
- Proficient business communication skills in English.
