URGENTLY HIRING Overnight Assistant for College Student

Location: San Diego

Job Type: Full-Time (Overnight Shifts)

Schedule: M-Th 10p-7a

Compensation: $20-23

We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and reliable overnight caregiver/companion to assist a college student with with personal care and also contribute to making the their college experience memorable!

Responsibilities:

• Assist with bedtime and morning routines, including dressing, hygiene, and transferring (experience with Hoyer lifts is preferred**).
• Provide personal care, including bathing, toileting, and grooming.
• Ensure the client’s safety and comfort throughout the night.
• Monitor the client during the night and assist as needed.
• Help with any morning preparations to ensure the client is ready for the day.

Requirements

• Cell phone with internet access
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in caregiving or a similar role is preferred
• Certifications that are preferred but not required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED
• Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and compassion towards others
• Active Home Care Aide status (Unsure? We can show you how!)
• Proof of negative TB results
