UX/UI Designer

Apex Informatics is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to understand project goals and user requirements. Using your expertise in user-centered design principles and industry best practices, you will design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and functionality. You will also conduct user research to gather insights and validate design decisions, iterating and improving designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing their design process, a deep understanding of user experience and interface design, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience: 10 Years

• Proven experience as a UX/UI designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design processes and user-centered design principles
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma
• Excellent knowledge of user interface design principles, visual design, and interaction design
• Familiarity with front-end development principles and ability to collaborate with developers
• Experience with user research methodologies, including usability testing and persona development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable design improvements
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile app design
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in UX/UI design
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and adapt to project requirements and timelines
