As a Video Game Designer, you will play a vital role in shaping our games from concept to execution. Your expertise will help create engaging gameplay mechanics, fascinating characters, and dynamic worlds that keep players wanting more.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design gameplay systems that enhance player engagement and enjoyment.
• Collaborate with artists and developers to create cohesive game narratives and aesthetics.
• Draft detailed design documents outlining game mechanics, player interactions, and level structures.
• Prototype and iterate on gameplay elements to refine concepts based on testing and feedback.
• Maintain balance within the game to create a seamless user experience.
• Research current industry trends to innovate and apply new ideas to projects.
• Gather and analyze player feedback to make continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in game design, preferably with a focus on video games.
• Strong knowledge of game design principles, mechanics, and storytelling.
• Proficiency in development tools such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar platforms.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Aptitude for working under tight deadlines and handling multiple projects.
• A portfolio demonstrating your previous game design work is required.
