Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively reach out to potential clients through various communication channels (phone, email, and social media) to schedule appointments
- Conduct initial outreach efforts to introduce the company and its services
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and appointment scheduling in the CRM system
- Follow up with leads and clients to confirm appointments and answer any questions they may have
- Collaborate with sales teams to optimize appointment-setting strategies
- Assist in developing scripts and templates to improve outreach efficiency
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of company offerings
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing is a plus, but not required
- Proficient in using computers and various software applications, including CRM systems
