Workday Analyst

Tech Firefly is partnering with a healthcare company based in Monterey, CA to hire a Workday Analyst to join our team. As the Workday Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in implementing Workday solutions. If you are an experienced Workday professional with strong leadership skills, we encourage you to apply.

Full-Time

Location: Monterey, CA (Remote, must work PST hours and flexible to travel on-site on a quarterly basis)

Pay: $111,571 to $149,198 (based on years of applicable experience)

Responsibilities:

• Support and troubleshoot Workday HCM software, including Finance and Supply Chain modules
• Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Configure and maintain Workday modules, including business processes, security and reporting
• Identify system optimization opportunities and propose effective solutions
• Participate in system upgrades, testing and deployment activities
• Ensure data integrity and perform data analysis when needed

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• 5+ years of experience supporting and configuring Workday HCM software, with a focus on Finance and Supply Chain modules
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes, security and reporting
• Experience in system upgrade and testing activities
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
