Full Job Description
We are seeking a thorough, accurate, and experiential learner to lead our team as a Working Restoration Supervisor in the Restoration Services industry. The ideal candidate will be able to keep their cool under pressure, take initiative, and ensure critical details are captured. They will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and inspiring their team out in the field, leading by example. The successful candidate should be able to work well in a team environment and have a strong focus on collaboration. They should also be able to demonstrate problem-solving skills and be accountable for their actions.
As a Working Restoration Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including overseeing the work of your team, being out in the field ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for duties related to warehouse and fleet management. You will be expected to lead by example and inspire your team to achieve their goals as you achieve yours .

Requirements
Physical Requirements:
These requirements are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, stoop, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Constantly operate a computer (including typing, reading).
- Able to be on call for after-hours response as needed.
- Frequently remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
- Constantly communicate in-person, virtually, and from a range of distances.
- Able to drive.
- The successful candidate will be required to provide a clean driving record and background check.
Other Requirements.
- 5+ years’ experience in mitigation with a focus on water and mold mitigation
- Leadership experience running crews in the field for a minimum of 2-3 years
- Ability to work on projects including performing demolition, containment, moisture mapping, etc.
