RESPONSIBILITIES
The Administrative Assistant will be tasked with monitoring, reporting, and organizing a handful of business processes at SolRiver, including:
Administrative Support:
- prepare and update compliance calendars based on various contract, which requires reviewing and understanding select portions of legal agreements
- prepare and submit monthly reports to various energy agencies regarding our projects
- book travel
- facilitate office management
Accounting Support:
- perform light bookkeeping
- prepare and send invoices on a monthly basis
- administer internal project budget worksheets on an ongoing basis
- collaborate on process improvement efforts to streamline the accounting functions
Other Tasks:
- Manage digital organization of files stored in the cloud.
- Update various project binders.
- Maintain a contract management system, updated with new contracts.

- Located in Denver, CO and able to come into our downtown office
- Highly detail-oriented
- Diligently organizational skills
- Meticulously able to follow process step-by-step

Benefits
The expected salary for this position, at commencement of employment, is between $60,000 and $70,000 a year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements such as annual bonus, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, life, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if a candidate receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and SolRiver reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, SolRiver or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
