IT Specialists is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Administration Associate to join our team. As a Business Administration Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting various administrative and operational tasks within the company. You will work closely with different departments and team members to ensure smooth business operations and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and execution of administrative tasks and processes.
- Support project management activities, including monitoring project timelines, tracking deliverables, and providing status updates.
- Conduct research and analysis to support business decision-making.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business-related documents.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Provide Executive Assistance to the COO and Executive Staff.
- Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and implement process improvements.
- Handle financial operations tasks, including creating invoices, managing and tracking client billable, and ensuring timely billing processes.
- Oversee the ordering and management of office and IT hardware, ensuring that resources are efficiently allocated and maintained.
- Play a key role in budget tracking and financial reporting, working closely with the finance department to maintain financial health of the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a business administration, financial operations, or administrative support role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with a strong emphasis on Excel for financial tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving issues related to business and financial operations.
