Full Job Description
As a Director, Client Service & Project Management at ndm, you will partner with the Vice President, Client Service & Strategy to manage the day-to-day ensuring project tasks and deliverables remain on or ahead of schedule. Also, keeping a pulse on performance, you’ll nurture and assist with client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project tasks and deliverables
- Build and nurture client relationships
- Monitor marketing performance (digital and traditional)
- Distribute client performance reports
- Support the Vice President with client check-ins and performance meetings
- Contribute to marketing plan development
- Review deliverables for brand integrity and strategy
- Grow/upsell existing business
Additional qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, business, or related field
- 5-7+ years of relevant hospital marketing experience or previous agency experience
Skills and Knowledge
- Microsoft Suite (required)
- Wrike (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong people skills to navigate a range of personalities
